Processing & Shipping

• All items are for pre-order unless stated otherwise.

• Pre-orders: ~3 weeks | On-hand: ~1 week

• Shipping is via J&T, and the fee will be calculated once the orders are onhand.

• PHP 20 packaging fee applies.

• For DIGITAL PRODUCTS, the google drive link will be emailed/dmed to you.

Cancellations & Refunds

• No cancellations once you submitted the order.

• Unpaid orders will be sold again. 

• No refunds 

Payments

• Pre-orders: usually no DP but will be strict on DOPs

• 10 php late payment fee (unless you will inform me beforehand that you will not be able to pay on time)

• On-hand: Full payment within 3 days.

Parcels

• Always take an unboxing video.

• gimbapkuk will not be liable for any loss, damage, or delays caused by the courier.
